The year is 2009.  A youth movement is beginning to stir in Leesburg, FL.  Then, suddenly and without warning, Good News Youth bursts forth into this world!  Students begin to gather to worship God in spirit and truth.  To claim the gospel of Jesus Christ as their own! And to take on this world as a new generation of Christ Followers.  Middle School Students gathered on Wednesday Nights for dinner, games, worship and teaching and High School Students joined together on Sunday nights to do the same!  This one mission set before them: To love God, love each other, and to love those who don't know God yet! 



Early in 2013 we launch into the 2nd age of gatherings by renaming and recasting the vision for our students.  We are now called Breakout Student Ministries, and while our mission remains the same, our vision is to encourage and equip students to breakout of what the "world" expects, and break into the Gospel with full force!  To engage our lost world.

 

We gather with the same mission and passion!  We worship God and seek to show the world His GREAT love!  We don't know how the end of our story will be written, but we hope you will be included in its pages!
